She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Backenstose; her parents, Jay H. Wise and Rhoda Trego Wise; and her siblings, Mary Neal, Pearl Valerie Ford, Eleanor Wise, Dorothy Wise, Betty Wise and Bill Wise.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy R. Backenstose (Holly) of Downingtown, PA and Tammy Deranleau (Gregory) of Conifer, CO; her grandchildren, Amanda Backenstose, Hunter Backenstose (Jessie) and Camille Deranleau; her great grandchild Stevie Backenstose; and her siblings, Marlene Recchiuti and Tom Wise. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
