He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Reavy, Sr. and Mary Quinn Reavy; and his brother John C. Reavy, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Riley; his children, Steven J. Reavy (Rachel), David J. Reavy (Katherine) and Michele P. Wilson (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Mia Wilson, Matthew Wilson, Quinn Reavy, Cory Reavy, Ellen Reavy, Riley Reavy and Ryan Reavy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home Inc. - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (https://www.breakthrought1d.org) (Breakthrough T1D) or the CHOP Evelyn and Daniel M. Tabas Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
