She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wesley and Alice Veronica Yule (O'Rourke); her husband Dale Edward Mort of Thompson's Dairy; her sister Cynthia Neault (Yule); and her foster son Juan Gonzales (Amanda).
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Gaskill Haugen (Keith), Rita Mort (Eric Swann) and Hope Mort Barnes (Timothy Davis); her foster children, Carlos Gonzales (Bettye), Joan Gonzales Bickham (Derrick), Tracey Curtis Blake (Sean), Michael Clark, Kenneth Clark and Daniel Clark; her grandsons, Kurtis Haugen (Kari), Jason Haugen (Charles Van Scyoc), Blake Barnes and Luke Shankel; and her great grandchildren, Mia Haugen and Carson Haugen. She is also survived by grandchildren and 10 foster great-grandchildren.
