Warren left this world on September 5, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H., Sr. and Vivian R. Shaffer (Horner); and his wife Donna Y. Shaffer (Reckner). He is survived by: his children, Doreen R. (John Burns) of Hellertown, Craig A. Shaffer of Hooversville and Penny D. (Chris Hoffman) of Davidsville; his grandchildren, Megan Burns (Brandon Burkhart) and Katlyn Burns (Rob Bowman); his children, Audrey Hoffman (Zac Pinczok) and Ethan Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Conor and Eleanor; and his brother Ronald H. "Butch" Shaffer (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Lutheran Church (1439 Ridge Rd, Hooversville, PA 15936).
