She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack E. Hoadley and Dorothy Stoker Hoadley; her husband Philip Maurice Smith; and her brother David Hoadley. She is survived by : her son Jason Smith (Robin); her grandchildren, Shelby Smith and Jack Smith; her sister Diane Norton (Steve); and her sister-in-law Mona Hoadley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
