She was predeceased by: her parents, Simpson Breckenridge and Sarah Edna Black (Bollman); her granddaughter Hillary; and her siblings, Mabel Dilling, Ruby Calhoun, Alberta Foor, Donald Black, Helena Perrin, Martha Foor, Arnold Black and Gary Black.

She is survived by: her spouse Dale C. Dilling; her children, Dr. Duane Dilling (Trudy), Diane Clapper (Darrell), Deana and Deron Dilling (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Haley, Deidre, Dana, David, Daniel, Davis, Devin, Dale, Katie, Daulton, Darcy, Logan, Carson and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Addelyn, Rylan, Josiah, Levi, Evelyn and Caralyn; and her siblings, Galen Black and Marlene Brumwell.
