She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Whisel and Elmira M. Whisel (Redinger); and her brothers, Robert Whisel, Donald Earl Whisel, William Whisel and Terry Whisel.
She is survived by: her husband Luke J. Williams; her children, Judy Fogal (Richard) of Chambersburg, PA, John Williams (Shirley) of Fayettsville, GA and Timmy Williams (Carol) of Hopewell, PA; her grandchildren, Shawn Williams (Rebecca), Richard Fogal (Ashley), Jeremy Fogal and Carrie Longstreth (David); her siblings, Donna Sponslor, Patricia Zook (John), Betty Koontz, Linda Felton (Harry) and Ronald Whisel (June); and her sisters-in-law, Darlene and Berneice Whisel. She is also survived by two step grandsons and wives; nine great grandchildren; five step great grandchildren.
