He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth H. Smith; his siblings, Ronald Smith, Emily Lou Smith, Joan Mae Smith and Emily Jean Grace; his daughter-in-law Susanne Smith; and his parents-in-law, Norwood and Zola Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Smith (Wallace); his son Andrew R. Smith (Melanie Lambert); his stepdaughter Luci Wallace; his grandchildren, Aleiah, Briley, Colton, Rylan, Kamie, Mizzaray and Zaellic; and his great grandchild Alexandra.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If friends so desire in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Boots to the Akers Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
