She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Klak and Pauline Klak; and her husband Joseph Barna. She is survived by: her son Richard Barna; her siblings, Sophie Andreatta (Victor), Dorothy DiNinno (Ercole), Henry Klak (Mary) and Ed Klak (Shirley); her siblings-in-law, Michael Barna Jr. (Natalie), Barbara Ann Barna, Veronica Barna and Richard Jula; her children, David Barna (Deborah), Diane Canning (Tom) and Jon Barna (Becky); her grandchildren, Michael, Alex and Megan; her sister Flo Jula; and her brother-in-law Robert Barna (Rita).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Titus Roman Catholic Church (952 Franklin Ave, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Joann to Laughlin Memorial Library, 99 11th Street Ambridge PA 15003.
