He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam T. Mamula and Bertha Mamula (Uroseva); his wife Doris Mamula (Radosevich); his son Mark Mamula; and his sister Milicent Hayden.

He is survived by: his sister Louise Rodich; his nieces and nephews, Patti, George Zetz, Kim, Jim Turnley and Melissa Tarnovich; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jim and Ryan Turnley.
