It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Blake of Hopewell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. Blake and Olive Blake (Eltman); and his siblings, Ernest Blake, Jr., Annie Zimmerman, Mary Jane Henry and Ginny Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Mona C. Blake (Chisholm); his children, Denise Browell (Dennis) of Hopewell, PA, Mickey Blake (Mindy) of Hopewell, PA and Penny Bussard (Ken) of Ebensburg, PA; his grandson Doug Browell (Lisa); his children, Darren Browell (Sonya), Mitchell Blake, Nickie Baker (Adam) and Blake Bussard (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Jarod (Devon), Kaycee (Zach), Avery, Maddie, Adelynn and Hadley Baker; his great great grandchildren, Ethan, Hunter and Owen Browell; his siblings, Betty Lou Foor and Gerry Stitt; and his brother-in-law David Chisholm.
