He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Oaks and Geraldine Oaks; and his sister Louise Crocker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Oaks (Beatty); his daughters, Sheri Taylor (William) and Lori Oaks; his grandchildren, Marissa, Cecil, William, Anthony, Isaiah and Devandre; his great grandchildren, Javon, Azariah, Brayden, Maxwell and Micah; and his friend Bradbury Squad. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation (547 8th St, Ambridge, PA 15003). A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
