He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Raffle and Blanche Raffle; his former wife Carole Lee Hammacher; his brothers, Harlan and Walter; and his sister-in-law Eleanor.
He is survived by: his children, Gary V. (Marilyn), Vicki L., Aaron M. (Heather) and Lisa R. Potkul; his wife Ruby Watson Raffle; and his brother Tom. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
