Nelson J. Boskovitch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson J. Boskovitch of Hopwood, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh A. Boskovitch and Isabel Boskovitch (Urban); his father-in-law Eugene (Betty Skowronek); his brother-in-law Sylvester Tobay; and his niece Nicole Duda.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradford Boskovitch (April) of Rostraver Township, Brian Boskovitch (Debbie) of Hopwood, Jonathan Boskovitch (Rebecca) of Nicholasville, KY and Jeremy Boskovitch (Angie) of Westerville, OH; his grandchildren, Lauren Hussar (Denny), Brycen, Conner Boskovitch, Parker, Brody Boskovitch, Gavin and Weston Boskovitch; and his sisters, Kathleen Fike (Don) of Virginia, Terri Tobay of Greensburg and Jackie Duda (Joe) of Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (180 Old Walnut Hill Rd, Uniontown, PA 15401).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American cancer Society.
