He is survived by: his wife Holly Fitzpatrick; his mother Anna Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Linda Fitzpatrick and Kevin Fitzpatrick; his daughter Nicole Mergard (DJ Mergard); his grandsons, Nash and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Michael Fitzpatrick and Ryan Fitzpatrick; Lauren Fitzpatrick.
