He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Scurlock; his daughter Chelsey Hayes; his siblings, William Hayes, Partick Hayes, Timothy Hayes, Kevin Hayes, Neal Hayes, Mary Rose O'Neal, Carol Ann Cole and Eileen Loeffert; and his pets, Fuzzy, Wiggles and Blue.
