He was predeceased by : his father Charles Cushey. He is survived by : his mother Karen Burns Pacilla; his children, Brandy Clayton (Brandon) of Prosperity and Chad Cushey of Houston; his grandchildren, Micheal, Nevaeh Holmes and Amara Clayton; his siblings, Valerie Espino of Tucson, AZ and Thomas Lukich (Lori) of Bellefonte; and his stepmother Eileen Dawson Cushey of Houston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
