Oakley of Norristown; his grandchildren, Jahlea Oakley of Washington, Amari Oakley of Washington, Geavonni Oakley of Washington, Xavior Oakley of Washington, Atlas Oakley and Atreus Oakley of Norristown; his siblings, Rodney Oakley of Houston, Charles Oakley of Canonsburg, Tina Oakley of Canonsburg, Gerondilyn "Candy" Oakley of Carnegie, Darlene Oakley, Sheldon Thomas, Edward "Bolt" Oakley and Charmayne Gordon; his nephew Thomas Oakley; his uncle Chester "Dutch" Johnson; and his aunt Bettie Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
