He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph and Mary Gamble Chuey; and his siblings, Russell, Louis Chuey, Sue Panchura and Helen Cipolone.
He is survived by: his wife Philomena Prencipe Chuey; his children, Robert Joseph Chuey, Jr. (Kimberly) of Avella and Robin Melissa Barnhart of Houston; his grandchildren, Joseph Barnhart (Jyoti), Katherine Chuey (Alex), Nevaeh Chuey and Jenna Marie Chuey; and his brother Frank Gomez (Suzanne) of Washington.
