He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Plunkett and Dorothy Bloser Plunkett. He is survived by: his son Bill Plunkett (Marcy) of Marianna; and his siblings, Mary Donaldson of Redondo Beach, CA, Jean Woznichak of Washington, Marge Calvert of Youngsville, Pattie Dillie (Greg) of Houston, Millie Koceski (Bob) of Canonsburg, Chuck Plunkett of Tulsa, OK, James W. Plunkett (Bev) of Washington and Wally Plunkett (Bev) of Towson, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
