He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bumbarger and Dorothy V. Bumbarger (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Moyer; and his sister Carol Carns of Clearfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. - Ramey (2550 Union St, Ramey, PA 16671). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Beginnings Baptist Church (183 Logan St, Osceola Mills, PA 16666).
In lieu of flowers with ask that donations be made to the New Beginnings Baptist Church in Osceola Mills or the Clearfield County SPCA.
