He is survived by: his cousins, Barbara and Delores; his children, Timothy Mahute of Dubois and Valerie Rogers (Richard) of Shamokin; and his grandchildren, Cameron Mahute, Chase Shaffer and Kayla Shaffer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
