He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Blair of Bellefonte and Christopher Blair (Jessica) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Peyton and Lincoln Blair; and his siblings, Donna Reed, Sherry Conklin (Jim), Darlene "Cricket" Mallory, Zeta Smoyer, Edna Furrow (Greg), Gretchen Bolsterle, Ernie Blair (Amy) and Keith Blair (Cathie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
