He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Blair and Janet Blair (Wert); his wife Dora M. Blair (Schillings); and his brother-in-law Doyle Smoyer. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Blair of Bellefonte and Christopher Blair (Jessica) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Peyton and Lincoln Blair; and his siblings, Donna Reed, Sherry Conklin (Jim), Darlene "Cricket" Mallory, Zeta Smoyer, Edna Furrow (Greg), Gretchen Bolsterle, Ernie Blair (Amy) and Keith Blair (Cathie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. K. Yearick Center (341 Walnut St, Howard, PA 16841). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the J. K. Yearick Center (760 Walnut St, Howard, PA 16841).
