He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Smith and Joyce Smith; his daughters, Tiffany Zacher (Chris) of Muncy, Brittany Moore (Ethan) of Blanchard and Courtney Jade Smith (Dallas Zeigler) of Lock Haven; his siblings, William Smith (Kim) of Howard, Amy Barnes (Ron) of Howard and Joni Bumbarger (Wes) of Howard; and his grandchildren, Xander Zacher, TJ Zacher, Aurora Moore, Nova Moore and Link Moore. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand puppies.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jeff's name may be made to All Things Bright & Beautiful Day Care Center, 215 Prospect Ave, Avis, PA 17721, where he was lovingly known as "Pappy" by many.
