We bid farewell to Milford E. Lucas Jr. of Howard, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 2, 2025 at the age of 91. Milford touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Milford leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Lucas and Maxine Lucas (Gault); and his siblings, Richard Lucas, Philip Lucas, June Gettig and Dorothy Crock.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie A. Norris; his children, Sheryl J. Fisher of Mesa, AZ and Jeffrey A. Lucas (Bridgett) of Johnstown, OH; and his sister Judy Hernandez (Victor) of State College. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
