He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel O. Butler and Dorothy K. Butler (Barner); his siblings, Patsy Albright, Susan Pletcher, Larry and Richard Butler; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Butler.
He is survived by: his son Eric Butler of Spring Mills; his granddaughter Danealle; and his siblings, Gary Butler of Woodward, Sandra Butler of Milesburg, Ronald Butler of Tyrone, Linda Crawford of Spring Mills, Mary Caldwell of Pleasant Gap and Terry Butler of Howard. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
