He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Stine and Louise H. Leonard Stine. He is survived by: his son Timothy Stine of Enola; his sisters, Faith Ann Hursh (Howard L.) of Camp Hill and Christina Chadwick of Hesston; his nephews, Eric Chadwick and Howard R. Hursh; and his niece Lily Hursh.
