He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Bretz (Frye); his sons, Erick E. Bretz (Catherine) of Muncie and Dwight A. Bretz (Kelli) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Adam, Erin of Muncie, Ian (Annie) of Indianapolis, Mae, Greta and Heidi of Hummelstown; his brothers, Harrold, Franklin (Janet) and Ulysses Bretz of Enola; and his sister-in-law Carla Bretz of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
