With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan A. Hupp of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2025 at the age of 86. As Joan departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. George and Catherine I. George (Nolte); and her children, Keith Seltzer and Denise Keyworth. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Seltzer of Hummelstown, Wendy Arwood of Hummelstown, Wanda Arnold of Dillsburg and Julie Newberry of Linglestown; and her siblings, Karen Hahn of Mount Joy, Richard George (Kim) of Dillsburg and Mary Lou Vogel of Sumpter, SC.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
