He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Ciupinski and Maydell Smith Ciupinski; and his siblings, Matthew K. Ciupinski and Karen Ciupinski. He is survived by: his fiancée Sally J. Good; his stepdaughter Dakota Good; his sibling's children, Michael Ciupinski and Kimberly Ciupinski; his great-niece Kendyl Onzak; his great-nephew Liam Ciupinski; and his pets, Susie Bella and Bam Bam.
