He was predeceased by: his parents, Orton Kermit and Ruth Elizabeth Harro Seitz; his great grandchild Jocelyn Martin; and his sister Elora Anna Strickler. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Shope Seitz; his children, Dale O. Seitz (Loreen) of Hershey and Kathy L. Martin (Brian) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Luke Martin (Monica), Eric Martin and Katie McCall (Robert); and his great grandchild Lucas Martin.
