He is survived by: his children, Paul H. Silvis (Nancy Silvis) and Pamela Baughman; his daughter-in-law Beverly Silvis; his grandchildren, Amy Gravine, Kristin Thelan, Michael Silvis, Andrea Heartgrave, Paul Silvis, Braden Baughman, Neal Baughman, Shanna Logan and Russell Baughman; his stepgrandchildren, Melanie Collins and Kurtis Collins; and his great grandchildren, Faith Gravine, Claire Gravine, Henry Gravine, Emma Thelen, Alex Thelen, Benjamin Baughman, Rylee Baughman, Luke Logan, Chase Logan, Isabella Baughman, Daniel Baughman, Eleanor Baughman, Nathanial Baughman, Tobias Baughman, Milo Baughman, Owen Hartgraves, Otto Hartgraves, Dillion Hartgraves and Taylor Silvis.
