He was predeceased by: his parents, George Haney and Anna Haney (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Harriet Haney (Firlik). He is also survived by eight children; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ashley D. X. Nye Cremation Care (408 Depot St, Youngwood, PA 15697). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Parish (Westmoreland Memorial Park) (711 Depot St, Youngwood, PA 15697). The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Westmoreland Memorial Park (150 East Side Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601).
