It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Mark Short (Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania), born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Terry A. Short, Sr.; his brother Terry A. Short, Jr.; and his grandparents, Willard, Almyra Short, Francis and Pauline Mulcahy.
He is survived by: his mother Diane Mulcahy Short of Monroe Twp; his brothers, Timothy of Monroe Township and Steven (Penney Davis) of Towanda; his uncle Bill of Harveys Lake; and his nephews, Riley, Isaiah and Zayden.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc. (2386 PA-118, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
