He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Coutts and Myrtle Carvel Coutts; and his wife Marjorie Johnson Coutts. He is survived by: his children, Jill Lewis of Mountain Top, Christopher Coutts (Bree) of Luzerne and Jenna Franklin (GJ) of Hunlock Creek; his grandchildren, Kelsey Coutts, Alyssa Coutts, Gavin Lewis, Macie Franklin and Lucas Franklin; his great grandchild Oliver Bobbin; and his brother Ronald Coutts.
