He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sr. Gregus and Genevieve Terkoski Gregus; his wives, Sue and Susan; his siblings, Leonard, Martin, Paul, Eleanore Buzink and Gerri Gregus; and his former wife Milly Kohl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (2011 PA-29, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
