In the vast expanse of eternity, Edward shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Edward farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Stephanie; and his siblings, James Murt (late Theresa) and Mary McGovern (late Frank). He is survived by: his children, Edward Murt, Jr. (Donna), Marybeth Farrell (John), John Murt (late Deborah) and Elaine Dimitry (Edward). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Albert the Great Church (212 Welsh Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19046). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
