He is survived by : his sons, David (Barbara), Mark (Cindy) and John (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sara, Austin, Katelyn (Michael), Katie, Jacob and Rachel (Peter); his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Hadara; and his sister Arlene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Dear VanBlargan Family, I was so sorry to hear about Frank's passing today. I will always remember him as an easy-going, friendly and good-hearted man who loved his family as they loved him. It still amazes me that when Frank and June moved to the Lancaster area, all three sons moved to be near them. I hope the memories of your father, brother, grand and great grandfather will eventually ease the pain of losing him. He made all of us better for having known him. Brad Hirschhorn”
