He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hoffman (Beaston); his children, Shawn (Rylee), Matthew (Kailee) and Rachelle (Rylin); his sister Holly Anderson (Gerald); and his stepbrother Jim Rogers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
