He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane (Miller); his children, Jill Hassinger (Jim), David M. Reed and Matthew W. Reed (Amy); his stepsons, Tim Corbin and Matthew Corbin; his grandchildren, Craig Hassinger (Kelsey), Jarrett Hassinger (Brianna), Olivia Reed, Jenifer Reed, Allison Reed, Nicole Reed, Ashley King and Zack Corbin; his great grandchildren, Elloise Hassinger, Lucille Hassinger, Robyn Swope, Rayven Swope and Elanor Corbin; and his sister Barbara Jackson (Kerry).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Union Presbyterian Church (2 E Shirley St, Mt Union, PA 17066). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory may be made to Mount Union Presbyterian Church.
