She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Cella; and her parents, Keturah Harper (Werner) and Franklin Harper Sr. of St. Petersburg, FL.. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Jo Cella (Jack VanNatta); her grandchildren, Joshua Parks (Sara Parks), Johnathan Hyde, Olivia Short (Mike Short) and Liza Gutshall; her great grandchildren, Ava Gutshall, Savannah Short, Koda Gutshall, Everett Short, Austin Short and Varian Parks; her siblings, Donna Hamilton, Gail McKenzie, Frank "Huck" Harper (Kathy Harper) and Barry Harper; her sister-in-law Ruth Myers of Spruce Creek; her friends, Joe and Faye; and her close friends, Ann Hess, Bruce and Lydia Lane.
