He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Barley and Hazel Kelly Barley; his wife Carla Stapleton; his brother Raymond K. Barley; and his close friend Mary Barbara Weyandt.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Lee Barley (Amy Barley) of Gibsonia, PA and Kelly Elizabeth Maffia (John Maffia) of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, John "Jack" William Barley, Ethan Carl Barley, Jessica Ann, Valerie Dudley (Chase) and Maryanna Maffia; his great grandchildren, Lumen and Enver; and his sister Donna B. Fleming of Upper Marlboro, MD.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cutright Funeral Homes (313 Fairgrounds Rd, Huntingdon, PA 16652). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Abbey Reformed Church (515 6th St, Huntingdon, PA 16652).
