Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Huntingdon Presbyterian Church (508 Mifflin St, Huntingdon, PA 16652). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Dr. John M. Cook may be made to UPMC Family Hospice, 20 Sheraton Drive, Altoona, PA 16601.
