He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Mull and Harriet Mull (Waggoner) of Chicago; his siblings-in-law, Earl and Dorothy Crissman; his niece Amanda Crist; and his former life partner Gail Mull (Tuk).
He is survived by : his wife Joyce Mull (Crissman); his children, Heather Mull (Dan Barnhill), Evan Mull (Julie) and Jennie (Jim Cook); his grandchildren, Sebastian Mull, River Mull, Robin Mull, Hadley Cook, Pippa Cook, Winnie Cook and Ross Cook; and his sister-in-law Janice Crist (Lynn).
