She is survived by: her parents, Cathy Culp of Huntingdon and Ronald "Mugs" Grubb (Debra) of Huntingdon; her husband Kevin L. Johnston; her children, Ashlen Johnston of Huntingdon and Shawn-Douglas Johnston (Bethany Brown); her grandson Otis Michael Lee Johnston; her siblings, Kevin Reffner (Frannie King), Eric Kugler and Jamie Patterson (Butchie); and her brothers-in-law, Beverly Honstine (Michael), Jerry Johnston (Chris) and Frank Johnston (Sallye). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
