He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm G. Hoy and Ellen C. Hoy (Simmons). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth R. Nolte; and his brother Douglas Hoy of Malone, NY. He is also survived by numerous in-laws and cousins.
