He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McNeal (Jack) and Ada McNeal (Duffan); and his siblings, Eugene C. McNeal, Gayle McNeal Morales and Joyce McNeal Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Valli; his sisters, Marlene Purvis (Bruce) of Ft. Washington, MD, Ann Thomas of Atlanta, GA and Anna Harris of Huntingdon, PA; his children, Devlon, Tonya Leverette (Lee), Karla and NJ; and his grandchildren, Devlon, Marco Moore, Robert McNeal, Michael, Kim Poole, Lawrence Dailey, Sidney, Lee Jr. and Dion Leverette. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
