He is survived by: his children, Amy Lynn Donnelly (Jesse Zarobsky), Savannah Marie Hawk (Brian Kalo) and Jack Hawk (Dashia); and his siblings, Ralph, Laurie and Marjorie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
