She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Rizer and Mary Rizer; her husband Richard Miller (Dick) of Valentine's Day; and her brothers, Wayne Rizer (Ella May) and Donald Rizer (Alice).
She is survived by: her sister Mary Jane Brewster (Larry); her children, John Miller (Michelle), Chuck Miller (Kris), Matt Miller (Dana) and Jennifer Miller; her grandchildren, Forrest Miller, Justine McGiboney, Samantha Yarbrough, Mark Miller, Addisan Taylor, Campbell Taylor and Connall Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Liam McGiboney and Murphy Yarbrough.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dale Memorial Park (10201 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
