She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Shaffer and Dorothy Shaffer (Shroyer); her brother Guy Shaffer; and her son-in-law John Carrick. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Campbell; her children, Terry Campbell (Yolanda), Gary Campbell (Joy) and Kimberly Carrick; her grandchildren, Renee (Matt), Aaron (Tiffany), Brandon (Lisa), Joseph and Justin (Kristina); and her brothers, Bernie Shaffer (Marian) and Randy Shaffer (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home (169 Clarence St, Hyndman, PA 15545). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
